Karim Atiyeh is Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Ramp, the financial infrastructure platform that helps businesses save time and money on every dollar they spend.
Born and raised in Beirut, Karim attended Collège Notre-Dame de Jamhour, where he developed a passion for mathematics and engineering. In 2006, he attended the Research Science Institute (RSI), a program of the Center for Excellence in Education (CEE), and graduated from Jamhour in 2007 with highest honors and a specialization in mathematics. He went on to earn an A.B. in Electrical Engineering and an S.M. in Computer Science from Harvard University. Karim began his career at Oliver Wyman before co-founding Paribus, a Y Combinator-backed consumer technology company that grew to more than one million users and was acquired by Capital One in 2016.
In 2019, he co-founded Ramp with the mission of helping businesses save time and money. Today, Ramp serves more than 70,000 organizations, powers over $200 billion in annualized purchase volume, has helped save more than $12 billion and 27.5 million hours, and generates more than $1 billion in annualized revenue. Ramp is currently valued at $44 billion.
